Chief Transformational Leader – Children’s Social Care

Croydon Council is seeking an exceptional senior leader to drive a whole-system transformation of how children’s social care works, reshaping services and building outcomes for children.

You will inherit good foundations, lead improvements in Ofsted and HMIP outcomes, and develop a high-performing unified leadership team while forging strong partnerships across the council and with external partners.
