Hospitality Employer Engagement & Placements Lead

Barfection is seeking a confident Employer Engagement & Placements Officer for Chester & Warrington on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) with a £24,000 annual salary plus commission for targets met, and potential to become permanent based on project success.

You will build strong hospitality employer relationships, secure placements for learners, and explore wider commercial opportunities to support Barfection’s education delivery and employment outcomes.
