The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will support kitchen and catering teams with the smooth running of food service operations.Duties may include:Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasksServing customers in dining areasWashing up and maintaining kitchen cleanlinessClearing tables and replenishing stockFollowing food hygiene and health & safety proceduresSupporting chefs and kitchen staff as required
Requirements
Previous catering, hospitality or kitchen experience is desirable but not essentialA positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsReliability and punctuality are essentialSafety shoes are requiredOwn transport may be advantageous for some locations and shift times
