Support Worker — Flexible Hours & Training

Sense in Glastonbury is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist residents with complex needs at Norbins Road. The role offers flexible, permanent hours and includes sleep-ins paid as an allowance.

You will be supported with training, to develop BSL skills, and to build trusting relationships with the people you support. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for progression and a supportive team culture.
