As an Optical Store Manager, you’ll combine your optical expertise with inspiring leadership, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. You’ll lead from the front, support your team to perform at their best and ensure every customer receives expert advice tailored to their needs.

- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to balance clinical credibility with commercial success
- Energy, ownership and a hands‑on leadership style
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
