Senior Family Law Paralegal – GA (In-Office)

Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal for all SM&P locations in Georgia. The role centers on drafting, filing, and managing complex family-law documents and discovery, with close attorney support.

In-office position requires 5 years of paralegal experience, strong MS Office skills, calendar management, and effective client communication. You will handle service of process, court submissions, and maintain case files from intake to resolution.
