Must have’s

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration or office administration role
• Knowledge of Sage 50
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivated, proactive and customer-focused approach

So, what will you be doing?

• Processing customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing product and service information
• Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Liaising with suppliers to source products, parts and pricing information
• Raising purchase orders and coordinating supplier requirements
• Producing customer invoices and supporting sales administration activities
• Following up outstanding quotations and maintaining sales pipelines
• Generating reports and providing updates to management
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through upselling and excellent customer service
