This hands-on, generalist in-house role focuses on commercial contracting, compliance, and procurement support. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, act as the lead negotiator, and assist the General Counsel in ensuring regulatory compliance across operating markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier agreements.
- Provide legal support to Procurement, IT, and other business units on supplier terms and risk assessments.
- Develop and support compliance programmes and training initiatives.
- Assist the General Counsel with litigation and dispute management.
