Asset & Planned Works Administrator – Hybrid (Housing)

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an Assets & Planned Works Administrator to join the ALMO in North East Essex. The role provides administrative support to the Asset Management team, helping deliver planned maintenance, capital works, compliance programmes, and property improvement projects.

The position offers hybrid working, a 9am-5pm schedule, and £21.40 per hour (Umbrella). You will manage asset records, raise work orders, and liaise with residents and contractors to keep projects on track.
