Deputy Manager, Children’s Home – Diploma Support

SuperCare is seeking a Deputy Manager (Supersquad) in Croydon to lead operations of a new residential children’s home. You will work with the Registered Manager to supervise staff, engage with young people, and safeguard welfare.

You will deputize in the manager’s absence, support team leadership, and contribute to safeguarding, safeguarding and financial record-keeping while ensuring high standards of care.
