Director of Sales – Dublin (Multi-Property + Pre-Opening)

Axiom Hospitality Limited is expanding with two brand-new hotels in Dublin, aiming to drive commercial success through a Director of Sales who will oversee both properties. This role reports to the Cluster General Manager and focuses on building a robust pre-opening sales strategy and pipeline across corporate, groups, and leisure segments.

You will lead win-and-build efforts, collaborate with revenue and marketing teams, and utilize Marriott channels to position the two hotels for success.
