Your Role

• Lead a dynamic team within our indoor and outdoor operations.
• Manage exciting events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other engaging activities!
• Create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive both physically and mentally.
• A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Experienced in managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
