Site Manager

Join our professional team installing high-quality epoxy floors across Greater London’s commercial and industrial facilities.

• Surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning of concrete substrates
• Mixing and applying epoxy resin coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Applying primers, base coats, and topcoats to achieve required finish
• Quality control checks throughout the installation process
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Following health and safety protocols on all sites

Requirements:

• Previous experience in epoxy or resin flooring installation preferred
• Good level of physical fitness for manual work
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• CSCS card preferred (training can be provided)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation teams on multiple projects across London
• Project coordination including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Client liaison – maintaining professional relationships and managing expectations
• Quality assurance – ensuring all work meets company and industry standards
• Health and safety compliance on all job sites
• Training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in the flooring industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
