Matchtech Group seeks a Flood Resilience Manager to lead a Spatial Planning and Climate Resilience team in Aylesbury. Hybrid role with two office days weekly, with home working and occasional site visits. You will manage 16 staff, drive flood risk and drainage work, and present to senior stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of flood resilience, drainage and highways risk, and experience with InfoDrainage and MicroDrainage. Immediate start available.
