Community Employment Specialist (IPS/SEQF)

Beam is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Southwark Connect to Work team. You will manage a caseload of individuals facing barriers to employment and support them into paid work using IPS and SEQF models, with about 65% field-based work across Southwark.

You’ll engage with participants, employers, and partner organisations, providing ongoing in-work support and applying a strengths-based, client-centered approach to help people access sustainable employment.
