Senior HR Consultant – Hybrid Client Advisory & Growth

AAB is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our People Consulting team in Belfast on a permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering strategic HR advisory to a portfolio of clients, leveraging HR practice and employment law experience.

You will work with client teams, provide pragmatic solutions, and support onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes while travelling to client sites as needed.
