Senior PM: Industrial & Logistics Lead for £30m Sheffield

Build Space is seeking a highly technical Project Manager to head a £30m Industrial & Logistics project in Sheffield. You will lead from pre-start through to handover, managing the site team and coordinating with clients and design teams. The role requires a strong contractor background and proven leadership on complex schemes.

Start ASAP with planned site start Dec 1st. A degree in construction and relevant certifications are preferred; CIOB membership is desirable.
