Empathy-Driven Children’s Residential Care Worker

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting for a position in a residential home in Tamworth. The role involves supporting a young person with complex needs, on a shift roster including evenings/weekends, and contributing to emotional and practical care within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates will have UK driving privileges and an NVQ Level 3/4 in Children’s Residential care or be willing to work towards it, along with ICT literacy including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
