The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership team to develop and grow the Corporate practice, building on an established client base and strong reputation across the region.
The role offers genuine scope to:
- Shape the strategic direction of the Corporate department
- Build and develop a team over time (if desired)
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Take ownership of high-quality Corporate matters
- Help influence the wider direction and future growth of the firm
- Progress towards a Director-level position

- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Shareholder Agreements
- Business Sales & Purchases
- Corporate Restructuring
- Joint Ventures
- Commercial Contracts
- General Corporate Advisory work

About You

What’s more important than job title or years of PQE is your ability to:
- Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted client relationships
- Win and develop new business and contribute positively to a collaborative culture
- Take ownership and accountability and combine commercial awareness with technical excellence
