Head of Finance – Strategy & Transformation (Hybrid)

Huntress – Bracknell is seeking a Head of Finance to lead a small team within a heritage charity undergoing transformation. You will ensure robust financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and controls while contributing to strategic programmes including new accounting processes and Gift Aid implementation.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent senior experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
