Deputy Home Manager: Lead Care Team & Resident Wellbeing

Priory Group is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Bannister Farm in Leyland, Lancashire, to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care.

The role combines leadership with hands-on support, focusing on tailored care plans, risk assessments, audits, and compliance, with a 40-hour week (split 20 hours supernumerary and 20 hours on support).

You will join a multidisciplinary team, with training and clear progression, in a residential care home serving autistic adults.
