Residential Property Manager – Client & Leaseholder

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is seeking a Property Manager to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings. You will be the direct interface with clients, freeholders and leaseholders to maintain service standards.

This role requires developing a motivated, customer-oriented service, managing inspections, budgets, contracts and liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and best practice.
