Early Years Teaching Assistant: Nurture Young Learners

Aspire People is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Sparkhill. You will support teachers, assist with children’s learning and routines, and help create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters social and emotional development.

Essential qualifications include Level 2/3 in Early Years or related childcare, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. A paediatric first aid certificate is desirable but not essential.
