Warehouse Team Lead — Drive Efficiency & Safety

Boxxe Group in York is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support the warehouse team, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe operations. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain optimal workflow, meet customer delivery targets and continuously improve processes.

In the absence of the Warehouse Manager you’ll take charge of the department, ensuring high standards of performance, safety and team morale, while developing staff and coordinating daily briefings.
