Global IT Support Specialist — Hybrid (London)

Hawkeyeinnovations in London, UK (Hybrid) is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our global IT team. You will deliver proactive 2nd line support, help users, and manage end-user devices across the UK and internationally.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Workspace, Kandji and Ubiquiti, handle Jira tickets, assist onboarding/offboarding, document processes, and support meeting room tech and events.
