Kind-Care Clinical Unit Manager — Nursing Leader

HC-One Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager for our care home teams. You will lead nursing care, mentor staff and students, and ensure safeguarding and person-centred practice are at the core of daily operations.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, capable of stepping in for the Home Manager when required, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based Kind Care to Residents and their families.
