New Grad Software Engineer – AI for Public Sector

Scale seeks a New Grad Software Engineer to own meaningful, customer-facing work from day one, shipping products and talking directly with customers. You will contribute to Scale’s Global Public Sector efforts—creating AI applications, data pipelines, and tooling to measure and improve model reliability at scale.

Ideal candidates have a Fall 2026/Spring 2027 degree in CS/EECS/Computer Engineering/Statistics, plus internship experience, and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.
