Community Activities Coordinator – Part-Time (Teesside)

MHA Communities Teesside is seeking a Community Co-ordinator to support local older people, reduce isolation and promote wellbeing across community settings. The role may include befriending, lunches, social outings, and activity development in line with local needs.

You will need to travel within the district, have a clean driving licence and access to a car, and experience using different digital platforms to run engaging activities and coordinate with internal and external partners.
