Job Description:
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 dietitian for a 12-month maternity cover based at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford, working with adults (18+) with moderate to severe eating disorders across outpatient and day care settings.
The post may involve cross-site work to our Leatherhead hub, within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering assessments, interventions, care planning, and supervision of dietetic students and colleagues.
