Responsibilities
- Handle inheritance act claims and contested wills
- Manage executor and trustee disputes
- Address equitable interest and proprietary estoppel claims
- Advise clients on complex estate and trust disputes
- Manage own caseload with supervision
- Support business development and team growth
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyers with experience in contentious probate
- Experience in Inheritance Act claims, will disputes, executor disputes or equitable interest matters
