Hybrid IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) – M365 & Windows

Cathedral Appointments Ltd on behalf of a growing managed IT services provider is recruiting an IT Support Technician to join its Macclesfield team. The role covers 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and business systems, with hybrid working and a salary of £30,000 – £34,000 DOE.

You will resolve user issues, build and deploy devices, and assist with AD/Entra ID, servers and network infrastructure while travelling to client sites as required.
