Impact Local Government Graduate Trainee

Brent Council’s local graduate scheme is a two-year national management trainee programme run in partnership with the Local Government Association. The programme includes three placements and a fully funded learning path to a CMA qualification, with support from senior leaders and mentors.

Open to Brent residents or those with a local connection, it offers a structured entry into public service leadership, with a guaranteed interview process and flexible community impact throughout the Borough.
