Term-Time Safeguarding & Pastoral Lead

Tiffin School is seeking a Safeguarding and Pastoral Support Officer to protect students and uphold safeguarding duties. The role works with the DSL, Safeguarding Manager and DDSLs, handling risk assessments, casework, multi-agency liaison, and pastoral care to support wellbeing.

You will collaborate with the KS3/KS4 teams to provide emotional and welfare support, ensure attendance and behaviour, and act as a bridge between students, parents and pastoral leadership. Term-time, 36 hours per week.
