Senior Recovery Practitioner – Harm Reduction Lead

Turning Point UK is recruiting an Advanced Recovery Practitioner for the Opiate and Complex Needs team in the Hammersmith and Fulham Substance Use Service. You will manage a defined caseload and provide expert input in multidisciplinary settings.

This role includes supervising staff, chairing MDTs, building partnerships with external agencies, and contributing to harm reduction initiatives and service development.
