Turning Point is seeking an Advanced Recovery Practitioner for the Opiate and Complex Needs team in the Hammersmith and Fulham Substance Use Service. You will manage a defined caseload with complex needs and act as a senior clinical lead within the team.
The role includes mentoring staff, supporting management with supervision and probation reviews, leading MDTs, and representing the service in external meetings to improve pathways with partner agencies.
