Lead Nurse, Outreach & Recovery — West Sussex

Change Grow Live (CGL) is seeking a Lead Nurse to shape and oversee clinical services for individuals affected by drugs and alcohol in West Sussex. The role involves outreach across community and street-based settings, supervision for the nursing team, and development of Buvidal provision within the service.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team, travel across the county from hubs in Worthing, Chichester or Crawley, and contribute to safeguarding and risk management
