Senior Property Manager, Premium Office Portfolio (Hybrid)

Workman is recruiting in Birmingham for a Property Management specialist to join the Welcome Office team, delivering an enhanced service to occupiers on a portfolio of premium multi-let offices. You’ll be the main client contact, build strong relationships, and drive service standards across the occupier journey.

You will work with CX and on-site teams to elevate the occupier experience, plan reports, manage service charges, and ensure accurate financial reporting with the Property Accounts
