Lambeth Council in London is seeking a Practitioner Manager for the Mental Health of Older Adults Social Work team. You will lead a small team of social workers, supervise cases, and coordinate with health colleagues to support wellbeing in the community and discharge from hospital.
The role requires a qualified social worker with post-qualification experience; some management experience is preferred. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rota for duty days.
