The Opportunity: Full Project Ownership
In this role, you won’t just be managing a standard parcel. You will step into a high-impact position managing a major infrastructure site right from the starting position, taking complete commercial control of multiple parcels and overseeing the infrastructure Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
Core Responsibilities
- Commercial Delivery: Lead subcontract procurement, handle variations, and drive efficient cash flow management.
- Cost Control: Oversee regular valuations and closely monitor material and labor costs to protect project margins.
- Diverse Construction: Manage an engaging mix of traditional build housing and innovative timber frame construction.
- Systems Management: Utilize COINS daily to manage high-level commercial reporting effectively.

What We Are Looking For
- A strong background in residential surveying (essential).
- Proven experience working with a developer or main contractor on housing schemes.
- Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with the COINS system.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to progress internally within a supportive team culture.
