Kites Children’s Services in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Team Leader for its Children’s Home. You will lead shifts and supervise staff to support young people. This is not entry-level.

You’ll need hands-on experience in children’s residential care, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and regulations. Salary is £34,000–£36,500 per year (including sleep-ins) with 33 days’ holiday, training and progression
