Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead large, complex technical projects within a professional services setting, applying project management best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will balance stakeholder interests, exercise independent judgment, and drive continuous improvement across multiple work streams. You will monitor progress, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability and timely delivery. Your work will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with clients and executives, and ensuring risk and issue resolution at scale. This is a chance to shape delivery excellence and partner with clients to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of large, multi-stream projects
• Create WBS with interdependencies and defined critical path
• Develop and execute internal/external communication strategies
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Maintain resource plans for portfolio-wide allocation
• Utilize PM tools and techniques to improve execution
• Implement engagement reviews and QA procedures
• Ensure profitable, quality delivery across engagements
• Proactively manage scope changes
• Create and execute risk management plans
• Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Ensure on-time, quality deliverables across projects

Key requirements

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in technology
• Experience managing client expectations, vendor terms, and internal resources
• Demonstrated leadership in project deliverables
• Budget management, financial analysis, and profitability tracking
• Analytical, problem solving, and risk/issue resolution capabilities
• Independent work style and ability to drive timelines
• Multi-project management with prioritization and deadlines
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience delivering PM in a professional services environment
• Proficiency with project management software
