As an A320/A321 Type Rated Captain at Jet2, you lead once the cockpit and uphold safety while supporting our expanding fleet and London Luton base. You will help drive a stable, people-centered operation within a growing airline renowned for work-life balance and long-term opportunity. Responsibilities

• Command and operate the A320/A321 family in line with schedules and safety regulations
• Maintain high safety and regulatory standards across flights
• Lead and mentor crew during line operations and base activities
• Support fleet renewal and expansion initiatives through proficient, consistent flight operations
• Collaborate with Base Managers and support teams to optimize performance
• Contribute to a stable, long-term operating model with a focus on work-life balance

Key requirements

• 3000 hours total flying time
• 1000 hours PIC on A320/A321 or similar-sized jet
• Recent large jet command experience within last 3 years
• Current Airbus Type Rating
• Current UK unfrozen Flight Crew Licence
• Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5
• Current Class One Medical
