Business Development Executive

Infuse Worldwide is expanding its Watford team and looking for confident, ambitious individuals to join us as Business Development Executives.
You’ll represent established UK brands, engage directly with prospective customers and help generate new business through meaningful face-to-face conversations. This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in business development, customer acquisition, sales and relationship management, with full training and ongoing coaching provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with prospective customers face-to-face
- Identifying customer needs and potential opportunities
- Presenting relevant products, services and campaign offers
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Supporting new customer acquisition and business growth
- Representing partner brands professionally and confidently
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Taking part in regular training and development sessions
Please note: This is an in-person, customer-facing opportunity. It is not a remote, hybrid or telephone-based position.
