Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Overview

In this role you will pre-commission flushing and cleaning of LTHW and chilled water systems and chlorination of domestic water systems. You will work on-site with clients across Chelmsford, Essex, Kent and surrounding areas, ensuring quality handover through tests and reports. The position sits within a well-established building services team focused on delivering reliable water systems. You will represent the company professionally on site and help strengthen client relationships. This role offers progression opportunities and a practical, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Flushing and cleaning LTHW and chilled water systems
• Chlorinating domestic water systems including tanks and pipework
• Completing test sheets and reports using company apps and software
• Working with clients on sites across Chelmsford, Essex, Kent and surrounding areas

Key requirements

• At least 2 years’ flushing or water treatment experience in building services
• Good knowledge of BSRIA guidance and COSHH
• Full UK driving licence
