Overview

In this Strategy & Insights Analyst role, you will drive data-led growth for the UK and EMEA by uncovering performance drivers and guiding store network strategy. You’ll transform complex data into actionable recommendations that shape market presence, formats, and growth opportunities across company-owned and licensed stores. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver robust insights and scalable reporting to support senior decision-makers. This role combines hands-on analytics with strategic influence, backed by a culture that values curiosity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-led growth across UK and EMEA by identifying key performance drivers
• Optimise store network strategy and inform commercial decisions
• Ensure insights are robust, actionable and aligned to business priorities
• Model and translate data to support market presence, formats, and portfolio growth
• Automate and scale reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
• Build and maintain market capacity and network models for store placement
• Analyse store performance, P&L drivers, customer behaviour, and macro trends
• Collate and translate licensee data for international reporting
• Lead structured problem-solving and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership

Key requirements

• Proven experience in retail, FMCG, international or franchise environments
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen
• Ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Clear, concise communicator able to influence across teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
