Pensions Process Improvement Analyst & PM

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst or Project Manager to lead discovery and documentation of pension administration processes. You will map current-state workflows, identify risks, and support future-state operating models to improve efficiency and controls.

You will work with managers, team leaders and subject matter experts to build a library of high-level process maps and swim lanes, enabling end-to-end visibility of how work is performed across the function.
