Housing Officer – Social Housing & Resident Welfare

Sanctuary Group in Rochford is seeking a Housing Officer to join our Housing team and manage social housing tenancies across Rochford and South East Essex. The role focuses on safety, quality living environments, void management, compliance and tenancy welfare.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property/tenancy management, strong customer service skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. A full driving licence is essential as travel is required.
