You will shape onboarding, coaching, and plays across SDRs, AEs, AMs and CSMs, partnering with Sales Ops, Product and Marketing to embed an outcomes-led selling approach.
You will translate product releases into seller-ready assets, maintain a content library, and measure impact on ramp time and win rates, driving measurable commercial performance.
