Duty Manager, Leisure Centre – Lead Safety and Service

Leisure Solutions Community Trust is recruiting via Serco for a Duty Manager at Westgate Leisure Centre, Chichester. The role leads day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and high service standards while supporting colleagues.

You’ll oversee rotas, opening/closing, and programmes, drive customer service and sales, and assist with lifeguarding duties. A NPLQ and proven experience in leisure management are essential, plus DBS clearance.
