Hybrid Claims Business Analyst – Product & Process

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking an experienced Claims Business Analyst to join the Claims Performance team in London. You will bridge business and delivery, documenting, validating and prioritising requirements to support agile product development across claims processes and systems.

You will facilitate workshops, define user stories, acceptance criteria and data considerations, collaborating with Product, Technology and Change teams to optimise operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
